A little about me…..

I’ve been personal training for over 10 years now, which is about the same length of time that I’ve been living in Muswell Hill, north London.

A quick background

I grew up in Hertfordshire, went to University in Portsmouth where I gained a Degree in Sport Science. I went on to work at two professional football clubs: Watford FC and West Ham United FC (who just happens to be the team I support!) within their Sport Science departments. Then I chose to pursue a career as a Personal Trainer.

Fitness facts

I’ve run 5 marathons (Dublin, Edinburgh, Belgrade, Rotterdam and Manchester) and got my new personal best of 3 hours 16 mins in 2019 after spending a fortnight training in Kenya with www.traininkenya.com. I have done multiple half-marathons and one triathlon. My fitness dream is to complete an Ironman! Well, it’s to play centre-forward for West Ham but let’s be realistic…

What makes me stand out

In addition to personal training, I also teach the next generation of PTs too for YMCA Fitness Industry Training. Yep, I train up my competition! My experience of getting results, altering client behaviour and generally providing fun and effective sessions is far beyond what most PTs can attest to. What’s more, I have also written a lot of the content, which is taught to Personal Trainers, not just in the UK but around the world too.
